I decided to make it when I got home from work, but because there was so much to be done before it could go in the oven we had a pretty late dinner - NEVER underestimate chopping time - ha! I won't be making this after work again....but I will make it again......delicious!!!

Yes, chopping can take quite a while...especially when your favorite knife is old and often dull (ask me how I know -lol). Looks like this recipe was well worth the effort. Nice to see you branching out from your beloved sweets. ;P
